Telephone Counseling is psychotherapy that is performed over a telephone rather than in a therapist's office. This may be a great option for those who are uncomfortable with technology, people with little privacy at home, and those who wish not to share personal matters visually. The therapist calls the client at the designated appointment time and the session is conducted via telephone. Besides a working phone, no additional technology is required. Client must be in California at the time of the session.
